NOTE: Race Tee sizes available on a first-come-first-served basis during Race Pack Collections.
Last collection of race pack is on 30 Jun/1 Jul at Cairnhill Community Club. Collection timing is 10am to 6pm.

Please bring along your original NRIC/FIN/passport for verification by the organisers.

For participants who are unable to make it for the 3 assigned weekends for race pack collections, you may consider authorising somebody else to collect the race pack on your behalf by downloading the Letter of Authorisation from the webpages below. The authorised person will need to bring the signed copy of letter of authorisation; photocopy of participants NRIC/FIN/passport; and the authorised persons original NRIC/FIN/passport.

1. PLEASE PAY YOUR ACTIVITY FEE IN FULL UPON REGISTRATION, OTHERWISE, ACTIVITY REGISTRATION MAY BE CANCELLED.

2. THE CC MAY HAVE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE ACTIVITY SUCH AS POSTPONEMENT OF ACTIVITY OR CHANGE OF VENUE DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

3. PLEASE UPDATE THE CC OF ANY CHANGES IN ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER SO AS TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION.

4. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE FEE IS PAID IN PARTIAL OR FULL, EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE THE COURSE, ACTIVITY, FACILITY BOOKING IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE COMMUNITY CLUB MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OR THE People's ASSOCIATION.
