1. PLEASE PAY YOUR COURSE FEE IN FULL UPON REGISTRATION, OTHERWISE, COURSE REGISTRATION MAY BE CANCELLED.

2. THE CC MAY HAVE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE COURSE SUCH AS POSTPONEMENT OF COURSE, CHANGE OF VENUE OR TRAINER DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

3. THE COURSE PARTICIPANTS MAY HAVE TO BEAR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES SUCH AS MATERIAL FEES ESSENTIAL FOR THE COURSE AS REQUESTED BY THE TRAINER.

4. PLEASE UPDATE THE CC OF ANY CHANGES IN ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER SO AS TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION.

5. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE FEE IS PAID IN PARTIAL OR FULL, EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE THE COURSE, ACTIVITY, FACILITY BOOKING IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE COMMUNITY CLUB MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OR THE People's ASSOCIATION.
