Class Content

Come up-close and personal with celebrity chef, Chef Khaled in this exclusive workshop and get first-hand tips on cooking! The winner of Chef Celebrity, Suria's reality TV show, will share with you four of his special easy-to-prepare healthy Chinese local favourites that will tantalise your taste buds. Join him, and you too, can whip up delectable, healthy meals for your family - celebrity style!

Class Requirements and Remarks:

Dishes: Butter Prawns with Toasted Coconuts, Steamed Herbal Winter Melon Soup, Fragrant Yam Rice & Claypot Fish Head. Snacks will be provided. Please bring along the receipt to exchange for door gift.

Trainer

Chef Khaled Chef Khaled graduated from SHATEC and was trained in Singaporeâs finest kitchens such as the Four Seasons Hotel, Sheraton Towers and Shangri-La Hotel. He participated in a reality TV series and was awarded the new âCelebrity Chefâ in 2007, after which he began his own TV series. Chef Khaled was frequently invited as guest Chef in various cooking demonstrations, roadshows and workshops. In 2008, he was invited as guest Chef by Singapore Heritage Board and Yayasan Mendaki. His voice was also on the air on Warna 94.2FM, a radio program called "Paradigma" focusing on food for bachelors. In addition, he has consistently contributed recipes for publications.

3. THE COURSE PARTICIPANTS MAY HAVE TO BEAR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES SUCH AS MATERIAL FEES ESSENTIAL FOR THE COURSE AS REQUESTED BY THE TRAINER.
