Delight your friends and family this festive season with the finer art of hosting and mouth-watering dishes! Join Chef Eric Teo at this exclusive workshop as he imparts the fundamental and secrets of his consistently delectable Christmas dishes. Be one of the lucky three to be close to a great Chef , known for his Western cuisine and vivacious personality and an opportunity to perfect your culinary skills under his close guidance. Take a leaf out from Chef Eric's recipe and learn to whip up lovely dishes and tasteful treats. Class Requirements and Remarks:

The three dishes are: 1) Traditional Roast Turkey with Chestnut stuffing. 2) Soup - Fresh Butter nut Squash ( Pumpkin ) with Lump crabmeat and a dash of cumin. 3) Dessert is Souffle Vanilla. Please remember to bring along the receipt to exchange for door gift.

Trainer

Eric Teo Chef Eric Teo is the Executive Chef of the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore and the President of the Singapore Chefs Association. He was named the Best Executive Chef of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit Awards in 2006, 2008 and 2009. He has been actively involved in judging at culinary competitions around the world and mentoring rising chefs as Team Advisor for the Singapore Culinary Team. He also appeared in TV shows like World Kitchen 2, Star Chef and I Cook for You. The most recent shows are Dad @ Home and SuperMum Kitchen.

2. THE CC MAY HAVE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE COURSE SUCH AS POSTPONEMENT OF COURSE, CHANGE OF VENUE OR TRAINER DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

3. THE COURSE PARTICIPANTS MAY HAVE TO BEAR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES SUCH AS MATERIAL FEES ESSENTIAL FOR THE COURSE AS REQUESTED BY THE TRAINER.
