Class Content

Everyone enjoys throwing a ball around and this is exactly what you can expect in this great medicine ball course that promises a total body workout while you're having fun. Many of the exercises taught are ideal for working the midsection muscles which are involved in tossing, rolling, bouncing and catching. Tossing the ball back and forth improves hand-eye coordination and helps in sports such as golf, swimming and tennis by increasing arm strength. Rolling the ball will help in bowling and softball pitching. Each 1-hour class will comprise warming up, low impact aerobics, upper and lower body toning, abdominal work and cooling down, with the use of the medicine ball employed throughout the class.

Class Requirements and Remarks:

Participants to pay to trainer $4 for usage of medicine ball for whole course. For info: Medicine Ball is a small weight ball.

CHANG MEI CHOO ANTOINETTE Antoinette Chang is a highly qualified Aerobics, Fitness and Step Kick Boxing trainer. She is certified by the International Fitness Association. She is also a qualified Body Toning, Pilates, Yogilates, Chiball and Fitball instructor. Antoinette has taught at Shingei Sanyo, Safra Bukit Merah, the Ministry of Education, DBS and Clark Hatch Singapore.
