Line Dance (Adult) - Advanced
Xpress Variety Baking for Adults
The focus shall be on basic body training and small-group dancing. Floor exercise shall take up 10 min to exercise the legs and waist. Bar exercise shall take up 10 min; to connect the squat, half-point toe and centre of gravity. The centre, arm posture, body and dance steps shall take up 40 min. Every 10 sessions shall complete a dance component.

Joni Tan started as an assistant ballet teacher in 2003. She has performed with the Singapore Dance Theatre in 2005 and 2007.
